Favorite Recipies

Best Mug of Hot Chocolate
1 cup warm milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sugar (adj to taste)
pinch on nutmeg
Mix cocoa powder, sugar, and nutmeg in bottom of mug. Add warm milk, stir and enjoy!
Sugar Cookies
The absolute favorite sugar cookie recipe from anyone we talk to.

Brie Cheese Appy
1 wheel (8 ounce) of brie cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbs maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt & pepper
Slice top rind off of brie. Place brie, cut side up on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 15 min at 350'F. Meanwhile, add walnuts, maple syrup, salt and pepper to a small skillet and cook over med heat, stirring frequently until syrup has evaporated. Allow brie to cool for a few min, and spoon maple syrup mixture over it. Serve immediately with crackers.
